About the School
Founded in 2015, the Czech and Slovak School of North Carolina is a non-profit organization dedicated to serving the Czech and Slovak community in the State by offering instruction in the Czech and Slovak languages, and exposing students to the culture, history, and geography of each respective nation.
In addition to fostering bilingualism in Czech/Slovak and English, we strive to nurture an appreciation for both the Czech and Slovak cultures. While our programs are intended mainly for children and adults of Czech and Slovak descent, students of all ages and origins are welcome.
The school currently has a location in Durham and Charlotte, North Carolina.
