Classes for Children in Charlotte
We are excited to open our second branch of the school in Charlotte, NC, this year!
Class Location
Classes will be held on Saturdays at St. Francis United Methodist Church, located at 4200 McKee Road, Charlotte, NC.
All children’s classes meet from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
Class Options
Each child will be assigned to a specific class based on his/her age, language (Czech or Slovak), and current proficiency level. The following classes are available:

CZECH Classes:
- Czech Preschool Class (for ages 3 - 6)
- Czech Elementary Class (for ages 7 and up)
SLOVAK Classes:
- Slovak Preschool Class (for ages 3 - 6)
- Slovak Elementary Class (for ages 7 and up)
Class Dates for Spring 2019
Classes are offered for 12 weeks on the following Saturdays:
- February 9, 16, 23
- March 2, 9, 16, 23, 30
- April 6, 13, 27
- May 11
Tuition
Tuition is collected per child, per semester. If you register multiple children for a semester, you will receive a discount for each additional child.
Volunteer Contribution
As a non-profit organization, we rely on our volunteers. Every family attending classes at the Czech and Slovak School of North Carolina is expected to volunteer for 4 hours per semester. If you do not wish to volunteer, please contribute an additional $50.00 per semester to help support our school. Information on volunteer opportunities will be provided during each semester.

- Tuition for the first child, per semester = $240
- Tuition for a second child, per semester (25% sibling discount) = $180
- Tuition for a third child, per semester (50% sibling discount) = $120

Registration DEADLINE is February 2, 2019
Payment Options
- One tuition payment, in full, due February 9, 2019
- Two equal payments, with the first payment due February 9, 2019. The second payment due March 23, 2019
